Daily Data Summary Default Setting is set to Include ALL data points.

 

By default, the daily data summary will be set to ALL and to the user/staff member logged in.

  • Include ALL data points

    • This will include All linked and unlinked data points recorded for the client on the day of the appointment by the staff logged in, another staff member, or all staff.

 

*The Include ALL data points will bring in all data entered by one or all staff members for one day.

*Users/Staff do not need to change this on the mobile app if they would like to use the ALL data points option, it is already set as the default.

Daily Data Summary Include Only Linked Data Points Option:

Include Only Linked data points

  • Only linked data to the appointment recorded by the logged user/staff member.

 

*This will link the data that the staff member has just entered if they are completing their session note through the data collection tab on the mobile app.

*This is recommended if there are multiple sessions in a one day for a staff member with the same client. Ex. Sally Smith has 3 therapy sessions in one day with Joey Jones. This way each session note has the data entered for that specific session.

Daily Data Summary Check Box Option:

Check Box

  • This is used if the staff member wants to link any unlinked data to the appointment. It would link any unlinked data recorded by whoever is selected in the collected by field whether it’s a specific staff member or all.

 

*This would be used if data was entered before or after using the app and verifying. This way the session would include that data that was recorded at a different time by that staff member.

*The check box can only be selected when also selecting include only linked data points.

Collected By Default and Options:

The Collected by field will default to the user/staff member currently logged in. This can be changed if other staff member data is needed on the session note.

 

If the collected by field needs to change, users/staff members can do this by selecting the field and choosing from the drop down menu.

Ex. If a supervisor wanted to have ALL staff member data populate into a session note, they could select ALL.
