Using Average vs. Total in Analyze Data

Rethink has customizable graph features within Analyze Data. A staff is able to display data by the average or by the total count. Displaying data by average vs total can be used across all data collection methods to include: frequency, duration, task analysis, interval recording, and opportunity-based.

  • Go to ANALYZE DATA, select the program to view graph.

  • Use the DISPLAY filters to switch view to DAY, WEEK, MONTH or YEAR.

 

Using Average vs Total display across Behaviors and Skills

  • The “AVERAGE” display will combine all data for that DAY, WEEK, MONTH or YEAR, and graph the average of that data set.

  • The “TOTAL” display will combine all data for that DAY, WEEK, MONTH or YEAR and graph the total count of that data set.
