File Cabinet Updates: Session Note Folders

New columns and filters have been added to the Billable and Non-Billable Session Note folders in the File Cabinet to allow user more data visibility and to improve search capabilities.

Table Columns

  • Navigate to Clients>File Cabinet

  • Select a client

  • Select the Session Notes or Non-billable Session Notes folder

  • 4 new columns will be visible on the table

    • Appointment Date

    • Service Line

    • Service Name

    • Billing Code

Filters

  • Click to expand the filters

  • You can now filter by the 4 new columns

Good to Know:

  • The 4 new columns and filter options have only been added to the Session Notes and Non-billable Session Notes folders

  • If a session note is not connected to an appointment or the appointment has been deleted, no values will display in the new columns

  • The ‘Select' checkbox has been moved to the left of the table
