Creating a Custom Graph
Creating a custom graph allows you to pull the data paths of multiple programs and place them on one graph. Custom graphs may be useful to:
Compare front line staff data-vs-supervisors IOA data
Compare different dimensions of data (i.e. Frequency of tantrum-vs-Duration of tantrum)
Compare progress among similar programs (i.e. All matching programs, all labeling programs, all daily living programs, etc.)
| Steps and Description | Details and Images | Good to Know! |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Once you’ve clicked on a client, click on ANLAYZE DATA. |
|
|
2 | Once in ANALYZE DATA, click on CUSTOM GRAPH |
|
|
3 | Once you’ve chosen CUSTOM GRAPH you’ll need to choose which program you wish to access, skill acquisition programs or behavior support programs. |
| You can create a CUSTOM GRAPH with programs from the same area (skill acquisition aka PROGRAMS or behavior support aka BEHAVIOR) You cannot choose to have a program from skill acquisition and behavior support on the same graph. |
4 | Once you have chosen the type programs you wish to use to create a custom graph, skill acquisition or behavior support, you will use the drop down menu to choose which programs you’d like to have displayed on the CUSTOM GRAPH. |
| The default display is by MONTH, if you wish to change this display or the display of the date range, you can do so by editing the following areas: If choosing to create a CUSTOM GRAPH for behavior support programs, please note that programs being tracked with interval data collection cannot be combined with other data collection types (i.e. frequency, duration, opportunity based) due to differences with the y-axis. |
5 | Once all of the above decisions have been made, a CUSTOM GRAPH will populate. |
| This graph can be downloaded as a PDF, through the PRINT button. You can also export all of the raw data to excel, through the DOWNLOAD button. Once the data is in excel, you can create any type of graph you wish with the data. |
