Users need a way to easily track staff credentials and most importantly if and when they will be expiring.
Schedulers need a way to know if the staff they are trying to schedule has a credential that is no longer active.
Users need a way to look up credentials that may be expiring
Staff may have multiple credentials that need to be accounted for
Users need a way to add a new credential for a staff without being blocked and as a result adding a credential to a service that they really didn't want to. This is currently what occurs in our system.
