Rename File in Cabinet

As a rethink user, I would like to have the ability to rename files in both client and staff file cabinet so that I make them meaningful and relevant to my needs.

Rename Action

We need to add an action link in the list of actions for every file with the name "Rename"

Rename Execution

Once the user clicks on rename, the following pop-up will show allowing the user to enter the new file name and apply
