Completing Session Notes

Step-by-step guide

  1. To add a session note open the appointment that the note is for. If the appointment is part of a series be sure to open the OCCURRENCE and not the series. 
  2. Choose the 'session note' tab and select the template from the drop-down menu. For help setting up templates click here
  3. Complete the session note fields and tap the 'save' button. 
  4.  When you save a session note it will not only save the information to the appointment, it will also save a PDF copy of the session note to the client's file cabinet in the folder labeled 'session notes'.
