New Excel Formatting Updates(coming soon)

We have made several changes to the excel formats of fields in our billing exports, payroll exports, and appointment list reports.

Billing Export Updates

The following fields are now formatted as “number” and rounded to two decimal places:

  • # of hours

  • Unit Rate

  • Total Charges

  • #units (when rounding rules are set to “no rounding)

The following fields are now formatted as “time” and in HH:MM AM/PM format:

  • Actual Start Time 

  • Actual End Time 

The following fields are now formatted as “date/ time”, and in MM/DD/YYYY format.

  • Staff Verification DateTimeStamp 

  • Appt Requirements Completed 

  • Last Modified On 

  • Last Billing Exported 

  • Last Payroll Exported

The following value is now formatted as “date”, and in MM/DD/YYYY format:

  • DateofService

The following fields are now formatted as “number” and rounded to the second decimal place:

  • Rate 

  • Miles 

  • Duration

The following field is now formatted as a “number” and rounded to the third decimal place::

  • MileageRate

The following fields are now formatted as “time” and in HH:MM AM/PM format.

  • StartTime 

  • EndTime
