Prior to Offline Data Collection

Prior to collecting data in an appointment offline, downloading the appointments is required

1. Log in to the Mobile App with a secure connection

2.Tap Collect Data 

3. Select all clients that you plan on working with in offline mode.

4. Select the orange arrow in the top right corner to go to the next screen. Once the loading spinner is done, those clients can be worked in offline mode from anywhere, including the appointments or collect data. (Programs do not need to be preselected)

5.Log out

*Offline Mode Tip - When switching to "offline" mode, it's recommended to use airplane mode as that is the easiest way to make sure you don't have an internet connection.

At the time of the appointment / Offline Data Collection

When it is time for the appointment:

1.Log in to the Mobile App as usual

2. Tap on Calendar (The appointments for those clients selected in the previous step will be available for data collection)

3. Click on Collect Data

4. Collect Data as usual (Select the skills and behaviors you plan to collect data for within the session and collect the data in real time)

5. Complete Session Notes and Verify appointments as usual

• Selecting only linked data points when completing the session note will pull in all session specific data even in offline mode

6. Select SYNC and log out of the Mobile App

7. Once you have connection, log back in and your data, session note, and verification will sync to the website.

8. Log out.
