Analyze Data For Supervisors
The Analyze Data tab within a Client’s profile allows the application of different graphing features for the visual display of progress.
These graphs can be saved directly to a desktop in different versions (i.e. PDF, JPEG or Exporting Raw details to Excel) by using the hamburger option to the top right of each graph.
Each graph can also be saved as a picture directly to the client’s filing cabinet
This resource provides information for graphing filters by program and by data collection type
Skills Acquisition Program Graphs
The Skills graphing options provide you with three categories (Abilities, Inclusion, and Transition). These are referring to where the program was stored within the Program Library.
After selecting the area of the program library, you can then further filter by:
Domains
Status
Behavior Support Graphs
Behavior graphing allows for similar filters with the ability to view the data from behavior programs, ABC Data, or a Scatter Plot display.
After selecting the display, you can then filter programs by:
Domains
Status
Additional Note: ABC graph has an additional filter to display graphs by Context, Antecedent, Consequence, or Possible Function
Custom Graphs (Multiple Programs on a Single Graph)
Custom graphs is a graphing option for a graph with combined programs
Skills Programs combined with Skills Programs and Behavior Programs combined with Behavior Programs
Select multiple programs from the Choose Program option
Mastered Programs
Once skills programs are mastered, options to view those programs will be available for viewing in MASTERED PROGRAMS
Ability to view cumulative graphs by targets mastered, maintenance targets mastered, and programs mastered by skill domain.
Filters by Data Collection Type
Opportunity Based (both Skills and Behavior)
Frequency (both Skills and Behavior)
Duration (both Skills and Behavior)

Adding Trend Lines to Graphs
Trend lines can be added to graphs within the Analyze Data tab of a Client’s profile.
A minimum of 3 data points is required for a trendline to be added.
Once in the Analyze Data tab, and a graph is displayed, select the Customize option in the top right corner to add a trend line.
Trendlines can be added within phases or across phases.
