Client Filing Cabinet for Direct Staff

The client FILING CABINET is a tab located within the client’s individual profile. The filing cabinet is a storage location where supervisors may add client specific files. This is also a location parents/caregivers may have access to if they have a Rethink login.

ACCESS THE FILING CABINET

To access the client’s filing cabinet, select CLIENTS, and enter into the Client’s profile by selecting their NAME (hyperlink)

 

  • Access to a client’s filing cabinet requires a permission

  • The amount of folders within the Client’s filing cabinet is dependent on how many the supervisor has added

    • Depending on permissions, Supervisors are typically the only staff ADDING FOLDERS

  • The Client’s Filing Cabinet consists of ALL FOLDERS and SHARED FOLDERS

    • Shared Folders - Folders typically reserved for Contacts (parents/caregivers)

  • Some folders in this section may automatically be created after completing tasks (I.e. a session note folder is created once the first session note for this client is completed)

 

VIEW A FILE

Select the FOLDER name to the left

  • Files within that folder will be listed in the center

  • ACTIONS to the right are listed depending on PERMISSIONS

    • Typical default permissions are to VIEW and DOWNLOAD

 

 

UPLOADING FILES

Files can be uploaded to the folders within the Filing Cabinet if given the permission

  • Files can be videos, word documents, PDFs, and images
