2) Select the appointment you would like the Parent or Guardian to verify:
3) Tap on Verification:
4) Tap on Signature under Parent / Guardian:
5) The Parent or Guardian can user their fingertip or a stylus to sign their name. Then tap Verify:
6) Your appointment is now Parent/Guardian Verified:
