Client Information for Direct Staff

Viewing client specific information can be completed within an individual Client’s profile on the Rethink Website. This resource will review the Client Info Tab within a Client’s profile as it relates to traditional RBT/BT job responsibilities.

  • Specific PERMISSIONS are required for accessing client information. Staff permissions may differ from the below information depending on the specific permissions provided to staff titles.

Start within the Clients tab on the Rethink website

The clients listed on the landing page is dependent on your permissions (e.g. only clients assigned to you may be listed on this page)

  • Use the Search area to find clients (i.e. Name, Location, Funder, Etc.)

  • To enter into a client’s profile, SELECT their name (hyperlink)

 

Once in a Client’s profile, a new set of tabs will populate.

  • The content in those tabs are specific to the client.

  • The amount of tabs viewable on this page is specific to permissions

  • Moving between clients from this page can be done within the drop-down option in the top left corner.

 

Client Information

The CLIENT INFO tab defaults as the landing page within a client’s profile and provides different options specific to the client’s information.

  • Access to view these sections is dependent on your PERMISSIONS

  • The following information will cover Demographics, Notes, Contacts, and Staff Assignment within the Client Info tab in more detail

 

Client DEMOGRAPHICS

The client demographics section is the information provided when the client was inputted to Rethink. Here is where demographic information specific to the client can be viewed.

Client NOTES

The notes section within the client info tab is where notes can be placed specific to a client. These are considered anecdotal notes in a notebook/post-it note. This section also requires a permission.

  • Viewing, Adding or Deleting notes can be completed here if permitted

  • Notes in this section are NOT related to session notes filled out with clients

  • Notes in this section do NOT have notifications tied to them

When ADDING a new note, a note type is required. Note types are created within the Company Account by your administrative staff.

If wanting a note to be PRIVATE, this will mean it is only viewable by the Author of the note AND any staff member who is in the Role 4 position (typically system administrators)

 

Client CONTACTS

The contacts section is where parents or caregivers for the client may be listed.

  • Contacts may have been inputted when the client was originally added to Rethink or may be added at a later time.

 

Client STAFF ASSIGNMENTS

This is a place staff can view all staff who work with / are substitutes for the client
