Resolving Rejections from Sandata

Please read steps below to learn how to resolve appointments with Rejected EVV Status. Please note that appointments need to be reapproved Appointment List > EVV Billing View > Actions > [Approve for EVV]. If you encounter a Rejected Reason that is not in the list below then please reach out to support@rethinkbh.com

Please check if a valid Medicaid ID is added to Company Account > Basic Information > MedicaidID. If the Medicaid ID is not present or is incorrect update the Medicaid ID and reapprove the appointment(s) by selecting the appointment and clicking Actions > Approve for EVV.

Please check if a valid client’s first name exists in Client Profile > Client Info > Demographics > Client First Name. First Name should not be greater than 30 characters. If the Insured ID is not present or is incorrect update the name and reapprove the appointment(s) by selecting the appointment and clicking Actions > Approve for EVV.

Please check if a valid client’s middle initial exists in Client Profile > Client Info > Demographics > Middle Initial. Middle Initial should not be greater than 3 characters. If the Insured ID is not present or is incorrect update the initial and reapprove the appointment(s) by selecting the appointment and clicking Actions > Approve for EVV.

Please check if a valid client’s last name exists in Client Profile > Client Info > Demographics > Last Name. Last Name should not be greater than 30 characters. If the Insured ID is not present or is incorrect update the name and reapprove the appointment(s) by selecting the appointment and clicking Actions > Approve for EVV.

The ClientState cannot be null.

The ClientState format is incorrect.

Please ensure a valid address is added to the Client Profile > Demographics > State. State cannot be more than 30 characters. If the Client State is not present or is incorrect update the State and reapprove the appointment(s) by selecting the appointment and clicking Actions > Approve for EVV.

Please check that the state field has two Character standard abbreviation.

The ClientZip cannot be null.

Please ensure a valid address is added to the Client Profile > Demographics > Zip. Please ensure a 9 digit zip code is entered. If additional 4 digits are not known, provide zeros. If the Client Zip is not present or is incorrect update the Zip and reapprove the appointment(s) by selecting the appointment and clicking Actions > Approve for EVV.
