Creating a Treatment Report Template in Client Report Templates

• Tagging

  • Ability to tag demographic information already added to Rethink’s platform so that it populates into a funder report.

  • Simply add the tag in the template by typing @ with the tags below.

  • New Tag releasing: @ Gender

  • Tagging options when creating a template:

    • Client first name

    • Client last name

    • Client full name

    • Client DOB

    • Client age

    • Client gender

    • Client address

    • Client Contact Full Name

• Gender tag when editing placeholder text of a text area in a template.

• The new tag “Gender” is a required field in the client profile.

• Gender field in a client’s profile:

  • users can select male, female, or non-binary

Running a funder report with tagging

• If you added tags in your template and that information has been entered into Rethink already, you will see that this information will populate in your funder report.

• Gender details populating when running a funder report with the new gender tag.

• Any tagged information that is changed after a report is run will need to be edited first before seeing the changes.
