Expiring Authorizations

Navigating to the Expiring Authorizations Report

From the Reporting Dashboard, select Expiring Authorizations under the Authorization reports section

Open

•  Users with permission “View/Download Authorizations” will be able to view/download this report

Generating the report

Enter the amount of days in advance you want to see expiring authorizations. EX: Auths that will expire in the next 30, 60, or 90 days OR leave blank to show authorizations that have already expired

Filter by certain Funders or Clients

Click Update or Export to Excel

Open

• Viewing this report in Rethink vs. Excel will show you the same information

Report Information

This report will show you:

• Client Name

• Funder associated with that client’s auth

• Service Line associated with that auth

• Auth #

• Date Range of authorization

• Billing Codes in the auth

• Days until auth expires

• Auth Status (Active or Inactive)
