Default Role Permissions

This resource describes the default permissions of Roles 1-6. These Roles are the roles that come with every Rethink Account prior to any edits completed by the organization. Each role can and should be edited by the organization to fulfill organization specific needs. Additional Roles can also be added, especially for unique staff members who do not fit into these roles.

Role 1

This role was created to be used for Front Line Staff (e.g. RBTs and Behavior Technicians)

Role 4

This role is meant for super users / account administrators

This role is defaulted with all possible permissions and has full accessibility. The permissions within this role should not be edited. This role should be used for account administrators even if you also hold another title Example: The owner of an organization who is also a practicing BCBA for their organization

Role 5

This role was created for contacts to clients (parents/caregivers). This role is not intended to be used for any staff listed within the Staff Member Tab, yet contacts who are listed within a clients profile if you plan to give those individuals access to Rethink
