Accessing Tasks and Notifications

Once logged in, navigate to the Tasks and Notifications tile

 

 

Creating and Assigning Tasks

To create a Task, select Create Task at the top of page.

From the Create In drop down menu, select the area of the platform that the task is related to then add a Title (Required)

Enter in any other optional applicable information, such as, a client the task is associated with, a description, and/or a due date to complete the task.

To assign a task to another staff member, search for the applicable staff member in the Assignees field (Otherwise the task will be assigned to the user creating the task)

Select Create Task once completed.

 

  •  Tasks cannot be assigned to parents/caregivers

Reviewing, Editing, and Completing Tasks and Notifications

Any notifications and/or tasks will populate here.

To receive notifications regarding other staff, list your name as the supervisor under that staff’s profile.

To Edit a task, select the Edit icon in the actions column of that task.

To Complete a task, hover over the check box in the actions column and select the box to mark the task as completed.

 

  • Automatic tasks and notifications will populate in the following scenarios:

    • A client is assigned to you

    • Appointments are added to your calendar

    • Appointments that require your verification

  • Automatic notifications regarding other staff will also populate if you are listed as the supervisor under that staff’s profile

  • The autocreation of certain Tasks and Notifications is an automatic functionality and cannot be turned off
