Staff Credential Report

This tutorial is intended for Admin users who have access to the Credential Report located in the Reporting Dashboard.

Access Staff Credential Report

Click Reporting Dashboard > Under Staff Member Reports > Select Credential Report:

To access this report, staff will need the permission to access staff member reports and to access to View/Download Staff Member Credential Report.

Run Reports

This report can be run just by clicking SEARCH

or

Choose any combination of the reporting fields above the report table.

In the sample below a report is being run on a specific license credential (RBT).

Credential: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Issued: 10/1/2018

That has an expiration date BETWEEN 1/1/2020 and 2/29/2020

click on SEARCH to run the report. System will display results in table below the reporting fields.

To EXPORT the data to excel click on the icon

  • This report can be run without adding or selecting any of the reporting fields. This option will populate ALL records that are in the system.

 

How to Use the Reporting Fields:

License/Credential: This field will allow you to filter by 1 or more specific License/Credential’s. If left blank, all License/Credentials will populate

Location: This field will allow you to filter by 1 or more Staff location (assignment in staff profile).

If left blank, all location’s will populate.

Staff: This field allows you to filter by 1 or more specific staff. If left blank, all staff (active and inactive) will populate.

Title: This field allows you to filter by 1 or more job title’s within your organization.

If left blank, all job title’s will be included in your report.

Issue Date: These field’s allow you to filter by the date the staff credential was issued.

If left blank, all issue dates will populate.

Expiration Date: These field’s allow you to filter your report by the staff credential expiration date.

If left blank, all issue dates will populate.

Has Attachment?: This field gives you an option include credentials that have an attachment.

Credential Status: This field allow’s you to pull a report by credential status Active, Inactive or both.

 

Export the Credential Report to Excel:


The excel workbook will populate in the following format:

 

  • If no dates were chosen for Issue Date and Expiration Date then there will be no dates displayed in the Header Fields

  • Notes including in the Staff Member credential profile will also populate within the report & the export.

  • Apply a filter to Row 5 to sort or filter any column in the way you choose

 

Filter the Credential Report in Excel:

Once the report is open in Excel, it may be helpful to use filters within Excel to group your data.

To turn on the filters:

First HIGHLIGHT: all applicable data

Then HOVER to Sort & Filter and SELECT Filter:

Once the Filters have been turned on your workbook should look like this:
