Autocomplete for EVV reason codes drop-down list

This enhancement will appear for web browsers only.

Under the scheduling tab in staff verifications, there is a field called 'Reason Code(s):' required for EVV in an appointment. This field will now have an auto-populated drop-down list with suggestions that match most similar to what is being typed so that users do not need only rely on the side scroll to find a specific reason code.
