Collect Data Button Disabled on Previous Sessions
The Rethink mobile application is designed for real-time (same day) data collection only. Clinical data from a previous date of service can be entered via the Rethink website.
When using the mobile app and you attempt to go to an appointment from a previous date and enter data, the collect data option is hidden, this is because the mobile app is designed to enter data for “todays date only”.
If attempting to enter data on todays date, this will be your view, you can access an appointment and collect data:
Non-EVV appointment scheduled with todays date
| EVV Appointment scheduled with todays date

If attempting to enter data on a previous date for Non-EVV appointments, you will now see the messaging:
“Collect Data is only an option on appointments on the current date”
If attempting to enter data on a previous date for EVV appointments, you will continue to see the messaging:
“Clock in/Clock Out is unavailable for past dated EVV appointments. Please contact system
administrator to adde verification times on the website”
If attempting to enter data on a previous date, this will be your view, you will not be able to collect data:
