Show Cancelled Appointments Filter (Mobile App)

In order to give users more control over what is visible on their calendars, we’ve added a new filter to the mobile app that will allow users to show or hide cancelled appointments

New ‘Show Cancelled’ Toggle

  1. Navigate to Calendar

  2. In the header, there is a new ‘Show Cancelled’ toggle

 

 

Good to Know:

  • The toggle will be ON by default and every time user logs in to their account

  • If user turns toggle OFF, it will remain OFF until user logs out

  • When the toggle is ON, the calendar will show all cancelled appointments

  • When the toggle is OFF, the calendar will not show cancelled appointments
