Show Cancelled Appointments Filter (Web/Mobile Browser)

In order to give users more control over what is visible on their calendars, we’ve added a new filter to the website/mobile browser that will allow users to show or hide cancelled appointments
Individual and Group Calendar View
Navigate to Scheduling>Individual Calendar or Group Calendar
In the header, there is a new ‘Show Cancelled Appointments’ checkbox
Individual Calendar:

Good to Know:
The filter will be checked by default, and every time user logs in to their account
If user unchecks the filter, it will remain unchecked until user logs out
Filter selection made on Individual Calendar will be applied to the Group Calendar and vice versa
When the filter is checked, the calendar will show all cancelled appointments
When the filter is unchecked, the calendar will not show cancelled appointments
Mobile Browser View
Navigate to Scheduling
At the top of the page, below the staff member filter, there is a new ‘Show Canceled Appointments’ toggle
Good to Know:
The toggle will be ON by default and every time user logs in to their account
If user turns toggle OFF, it will remain OFF until user logs out
When the toggle is ON, the calendar will show all cancelled appointments
When the toggle is OFF, the calendar will not show cancelled appointments
